Here's the next batch of Xbox Game Pass games for August

Microsoft has confirmed the next batch of titles coming to Xbox Game Pass in the second half of August: Atlas Fallen, Core Keeper, and Star Trucker.

Then there’s that little-known game called Call of Duty Black Ops 6. You’ll be able to participate in the early access open beta when it begins for Xbox Game Pass subscribers on August 30, 2024, with early download available starting August 28.

“Sure, it takes itself too seriously and the loot hunt can get monotonous, but anything other than killing monsters is just an excuse to kill them again. Or make killing them more fun with upgrades,” we said in our Atlas Fallen review.

Here are the full details on when the games will arrive, as well as which platform they will be available on:

  • Atlas Fallen (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S): August 22
  • Core Keeper (Cloud, PC and Xbox Series X|S): August 8
  • Star Trucker (Cloud, Console, and PC): September 3

Star Trucker will also be available day one with Game Pass.

They leave the service:

  • Atomic Heart (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Guilty Gear Strive (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • NBA 2K24 (Cloud and Console)

What about Game Pass Core subscribers? They'll also get these games starting August 21:

  • Cities: Skylines
  • Control: Definitive Edition
  • Snow Runner

Vampire Survivors' Darkasso DLC is also available.
