Skanska signs supplemental award for data center in Georgia, US, for $80 million, approximately SEK 840 million – Skanska (OTC:SKBSY)

STOCKHOLM, October 2, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Skanska received a supplemental award with an existing client to build additional data rooms at a data center in Georgia, United States. The additional prize is worth 80 million dollarsabout 840 million Swedish crownswhich will be included in US order bookings for the third quarter of 2024.

The project involves the construction of four additional data rooms at a former data center site in Georgia.

Work is underway and completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2025.
