Here's everything that happens at the end of episode 3 of Agatha All Along.

Agatha All Along Episode 3 Ending Explained

In this episode, it becomes clear that the sigil or spell placed on Teen was not just to hide him from Agatha, but from other witches as well. Furthermore, the mystery surrounding him gets even more complicated when he says that his parents are asleep while they are traveling on the road, despite him saying that his mother was dead in the previous episode.

Teen also briefly interacts with Jennifer Kale, who gives her some reasonable advice about not trusting Agatha. Kale then reveals that people believe the titular character traded her son for the Book of the Damned or the Darkhold. Jennifer even claims that people believe Agatha's son could have become an Agent of Mephisto, a demonic entity whose possible appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been speculated about since WandaVision.

Making their way through the path, the coven ends up at a beach house, where the first test takes place. The group is poisoned with what Jennifer deduces is Alewife's vengeance. Some have vivid visions of their past and why they are traveling the path. Agatha initially does not drink the poison. After being told she has to drink it to complete the test, she does so and hallucinates about finding the Darkhold in what appears to be her son's crib.

Eventually, Jennifer brews a potion that saves the lives of the coven members. A furnace door opens and the group exits the house just before it floods. However, just as they are about to celebrate that everyone is alive, Teen announces that Sharon is dead and closes his eyes.

Did Mrs. Hart/Sharon Davis really die?

Yes, it appears Mrs. Hart/Sharon (Debra Jo Rupp) is dead. She never belonged to the coven. This episode heavily implies that. The Green Witch is most likely Rio Vidal (Aubrey Plaza), and Agatha didn't recruit her due to her complicated past. Mrs. Hart/Sharon Davis was introduced in WandaVision and was one of the victims of Scarlet Witch's spell. She found herself in the clutches of magic again when Agatha brought her into the coven, leading to her eventual demise.

However, in the universe where magic and incredible technology exist, death is not as permanent as it is in the real world. In an interview with TV LineJo Rupp teased that episode 3 might not be the end of her character. “How much of this have you seen? So, you need to see more. But yeah, I’m really happy with Sharon’s arc,” she said.
